Check the widget appears
Once installed, the Feedback widget appears discreetly in the bottom left of your site, ready for you or your client to use.
Select and annotate
Clients click the icon, use the element selector to highlight a part of the page (showing a green border), and provide their notes directly on the spot.
Automatic notification
Results are emailed directly to you with the note, a link to the page, and technical details. No more hunting through email threads.
Review and respond
Review the feedback in your dashboard, edit notes for clarity, or add a reply. Keep the conversation organised and actionable.
The Review Process
Streamline approvals for launch and migration projects.
Step 1: Enable the Review button
When generating your widget JS, tick the 'Enable Review' option and link it to your specific Launch or Migration project.
Step 2: Deploy to client site
Add the updated JS snippet to the site. The widget now includes a 'Mark as reviewed' button alongside the feedback tools.
Step 3: Navigate and approve
Browse the site on desktop or mobile. As you verify pages, simply click the 'Mark as reviewed' button in the widget.
Step 4: Bulk approval
The relevant page is automatically flagged for approval in your project's Site Content tab, ready for final sign-off.
