Beta Service Disclaimer
Website-Toolkit.co.uk is currently in a beta period. During this time, the service is offered "as-is" and "as-available." We provide no Service Level Agreement (SLA) and do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific performance metrics.
Audit & Project Data
Free audit data and projects are kept for 90 days from creation if the project is upgraded (for free) during the beta period. Otherwise, data remains read-only for 7 days and is deleted after 30 days. While we strive for data integrity, we recommend that users export important results (via our Excel export feature) for their own records.
Support Terms
Support is provided as-is on a "best efforts" basis. Our team operates from the UK during normal working hours (GMT/BST). While we may occasionally reply outside of these hours at our discretion, such responses should not be expected as part of the standard service.
Payments & Refunds
Payments for domain upgrades are processed via Stripe. Due to the nature of digital audit services and the immediate provision of resources, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Acceptable Use
Users agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes or in any way that might damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure. We reserve the right to terminate access to any user who violates these terms or engages in abusive behavior toward our staff or systems.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the use of this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.
