Client Area
The Client Area is your central hub for managing your client's domains, requesting deep audits, and tracking usage for the current month.
Accessing your client area
When you first sign up, a welcome email is sent with a link to access your client area and a default password. You can change your password at any time by going to Account > Change Password once you are logged in.
White Label Reports
Make the toolkit your own by customising how reports and emails appear to your clients. You can manage these settings by going to Account > White label.
Basic White Labeling
Set your agency name, from name, reply-to email, and website URL. You can also upload your logo and customize the accent and header colors to match your brand.
Note: Basic white labeling uses the default dave@website-toolkit.co.uk address for sending emails.

Advanced White Labeling
For a completely branded experience, you can upgrade to Advanced White Labeling. This allows you to use your own domain for all outgoing emails (via my Postmark account). This is available as a one-off chargeable extra — just get in touch if you'd like to set it up.
Plan Limits & Budgets
At the top of your Client Area, you'll see your current plan limits and resource usage. This keeps you informed about your available capacity for monitoring and ad-hoc audits.

Monitored Domains
Shows how many slots your plan has for domains with automated weekly checks. You can see at a glance how many are free.
Weekly URL Budget
Your allowance for ad-hoc audits and URLs reserved for active monitoring projects. This resets every week.
Residential Proxy
A monthly allowance for checking external sites that might block standard requests. Useful for verifying 404s on third-party resources that require a more "human-like" connection.
Managing Paid Domains
To start auditing a site, add its URL to your domain list. Founding Member plans have no limit on the number of domains you can add for ad-hoc audits, only on those under active monitoring. Monthly subscription plans have a set limit on both total domains and monitored domains.

Paid accounts can manage their domains & audits from the client area. Add a domain, request an audit of up to 2000 URLs and easily access results.
1. A new domain with nothing set up yet:

2. With a launch and migration project started:

3. Several audits in place, monitoring active, and feedback widget live:

Advanced Domain Settings
Use the domain's "..." menu to access advanced tools for fine-tuning how each site is crawled.

Note: Launch / Migration projects can be reset, allowing practice runs to be cleaned without deleting the entire domain.
URL Filters
Restrict specific sections of a site from being checked by adding exclude filters (e.g., /de/ to skip a specific language folder).

Proxy Allowances
Set a per-domain limit from your shared pool if you want to reserve specific residential proxy capacity for a high-priority site.
Deleting a domain
From the "..." menu, you can permanently delete a domain. During the beta phase, this performs a hard delete of all data associated with that domain.
This includes:
- All audit results and crawl history
- Launch and Migration projects
- Feedback widgets and client comments
- All associated screenshots
To prevent accidental deletion, you must type the domain name exactly to confirm the action. This cannot be undone.
